Service scope

This site provides product information, trial entry, direct purchase entry, checkout guidance, and activation-code recovery. The desktop app is for local library organization only and does not distribute or host media.

License and permitted use

JavClaw is sold as a one-time purchase and grants you a license for your personal local organization workflow. The current product description states that each activation code supports up to 10 devices.

You may not share, resell, rent, publicly distribute, or otherwise transfer activation codes, and you may not bypass or interfere with activation, licensing, anti-abuse, or payment validation mechanisms.

User responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that your local files, ownership, and organization workflow comply with the laws, platform terms, and device requirements in your region.

Purchase and activation

You may either start with the 7-day trial or complete a direct purchase. Direct payment is completed in Stripe Hosted Checkout. After successful payment, the activation code is shown on the success page and sent to the purchase email. You activate the desktop app with your purchase email and activation code.

You are responsible for ensuring that you can access the purchase email address. If the address is incorrect, blocked, or otherwise inaccessible, that may affect delivery of the activation code and follow-up support.

Trial period and automatic charge

When you start the trial by adding your card, we begin a 7-day free experience and issue a 7-day trial activation code first. During that period, you can use the full product immediately.

If you do not cancel before the trial ends, we charge the saved payment method once for USD 9.99 and convert the order into lifetime access, with formal activation details issued after conversion.

If you cancel before the trial ends, the future automatic charge is stopped. Your current trial access remains available until its scheduled expiration.

Refund policy

JavClaw is a digital software product. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, all formal payments are non-refundable, including trial conversions and direct purchase orders.

If you do not want to be charged, you must cancel before the 7-day trial ends. The trial window is the primary way to evaluate the product without moving into a non-refundable paid state.

Updates, changes, and availability

We may update the software, website content, payment flow, support process, supported platforms, or metadata capabilities. Unless we expressly say otherwise, a purchase does not guarantee any specific frequency, duration, or scope of future feature updates.

We may also change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the site, checkout flow, or activation process for maintenance, security, provider changes, legal compliance, or abuse prevention.

Prohibited conduct

• Using JavClaw for unlawful handling, distribution, hosting, public sharing, or platform-rule evasion.
• Reverse engineering, automated abuse, metadata scraping, or attempts to bypass licensing or access controls.
• Sharing, selling, renting, publishing, or bulk-distributing activation codes.

Limitation of liability

We do not guarantee perfect detection for every edge case, including unusual IDs, uncensored titles, amateur samples, or heavily non-standard filenames.

To the extent permitted by law, JavClaw is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not liable beyond what applicable law requires for indirect loss, lost profits, organization time, compatibility issues, provider downtime, email delivery delay, or local environment differences.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product, payment flow, support policy, or legal requirements change. The latest version will be posted on this page and marked with the updated date above.
